It is necessary for each student to have trust and confidence to be able to have success. Each professor has a special philosophy of teaching based on his/her plan and teaching style. I have planned a teaching style to teach students in both practice and theory. Health care depends on the clinical practice and if you do not have this knowledge, you cannot work in the hospital and clinics. However, some students do not choose to work in the hospital and wish to focus on the theory and education. When I graduated from college, I never planned to study at the master’s level. However, after working four years in the hospital setting, I decided to apply for a master’s degree so that I could become a professor.
